Documents that need to be signed before a Notary are highly confidential and contain personal information. As a commission Notary I am required to scan the documents to understand the scope and areas that need to be completed. Valid identification must be provided at the time of signing per signing requirements. Any information obtained during the signing process is only used for signing purposes and stored securely per Texas State requirements. Electronic documentation is encrypted. Information collected is only shared as stipulated in the signing agreements.
